"Mandi was a great asset in helping me get my tags renewed by sending the required form to the MVA.the Steven Simmons staff have always provided outstanding . Unlike the Corporate claims personnel who sent personnel not experienced with housing construction. They could not establish a reasonable estimate for repairing my siding and gutters. I digress. Mandi was great and should commend for her knowledge and customer service abilities"

"I dealt with State Farm's Gabi Gonzales for insurance replacement for home and autos. My first contact was in March and I expressed interest. She was not pushy and gave me plenty of time before politely following up. I responded asking her to send me another quote with a small.addition and change an email addy and was right on it and sent the change to the new email address. When I told her I was not interested in the change afterall, she was perfectly fine with that as well and not even a hint of attitude...only kindness and professionalism. I needed to get odometer readings and she agreed to call me back in ten minutes and was right on ten minutes returning the call. She is very patient and helpful and upon an agreement to switch, she took care of everything for me. She was so awesome I told her so before hanging up. Old fasioned customer service which is much appreciated... especially these days."
